The room here was very spacious and had a modern bathroom, making me feel comfortable, and it's super close to the jazz festival and the center, as well as a street full of bars and restaurants.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was competent, the grounds were immaculately clean. The beds were comfy and the comfort king room itself was large and air-conditioned. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was good! Location: the hotel was so close to the centre of Juan les Pins and 2 minutes walk from the beach and a bar/restaurant street. Everything was simply perfect.

Liked a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. The hotel was close to the beach and very close to a flagship library.

This venue is a stylish, modern place with competent staff and a magnificent central location, making it a recommendable choice.

The proprietors were very nice and they obviously have ambitions to improve the hotel. Breakfast was reasonably priced when compared with that available locally, although more costly than I am used to. Had reasonable Wi-Fi internet access (free). I got the impression that they cared. The area is quite busy with bars and restaurants, but although lively, did not affect the room noise-wise. I liked the hotel.

I was there when the Cannes Festival (along the coast) was on. I think the price for the room took account of this (maybe on the high side). I would have liked a more comfortable and better equipped bathroom but what I got did the job...

Fantastic Central Location. Clean and comfortable rooms and the Hotel Mgr was lovely and friendly.

Lack of air conditioning made room very uncomfortable at times. A fridge would have been great so we could keep drinks etc cold.

Overall awesome experience, all our needs were met without any issues. From the great weather to the fantastic service, everything was just spot on 👌.

The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, offering homemade cake, new tasty delicacies, and home-baked goodies. the location is stunning and incredible, with the train station just a 9-minute train ride away from Cannes.

Location, Close to all the amenities such as shops,bars, restaurants, beach and ect.

A bit noisy at night due to the nearby nightclub.

the staff was very friendly, easy access to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife in juan-les-pins. short bus ride or walk to antibes.

walls were thin, and the staff was not very knowledgeable regarding tourist help, where to rent bikes, how to get to airport.
